If you have forgotten your Login Name:
  • click on the question mark (?) icon next to the Login Name field
  • enter the email address associated with your account
  • click on the box to the right of "Check box & enter code" – a four digit number will appear – enter that number in the box next to it
  • click the Submit button – an email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your Login Name
If you have forgotten your Password:
  • click on the question mark (?) icon next to the Password field
  • enter either your Login Name or the email address associated with your account
  • click on the box to the right of "Check box & enter code" – a four digit number will appear – enter that number in the box next to it
  • click the Submit button – an email will be sent to you with a link, and instructions, to reset your Password *
